Aisha Hinds, an American actress who is best recognized for her roles on the television shows The Shield and True Blood. Since her debut she has demonstrated her ability to perform on shows like Under the Dome, 9-1-1 Detroit and 1-8-7. Her performance in Assault on Precinct 13 from 2005 was the first one to attract her interest. However it was her role as women's rights activists Fannie Lou Hamer from the documentary film All the Way that finally brought her recognition as an actor. Hind has also been praised for the role she performed in the role of Harriet Tubman within WGN America's historical drama series Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 9-1-1 has been renewed for a third installment from 20th Century Fox Television. Hind has recently finished filming for the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters. The movie is scheduled to release around the middle of 2019. It was also the first film to screen at the Cannes Film Festival. After that, she was rewarded with great acclaim for her portrayal in Chokher Bali (2003) which is a dramatic thriller inspired by Rabindranath Tagore's book. In the same year, she was chosen as the very first Indian actor on the Cannes Film Festival Jury. Bachchan appeared as Bride and Prejudice, a ballet and musical version of Jane Austen's Pride and Prejudice by Gurinderchadha. Bachchan has been able to add her beauty and star power to her debut major English film. In 2006, Bachchan returned to Bollywood with her hit film Dhoom: 2 before releasing Provoked: The True Story (2006). Abhishek Bachchan is a Bollywood star and frequent co-star. He's also the son Amitabh Bachchan.
